Data Processing

Your data is processed on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure, which is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. Your spreadsheet is transmitted securely via HTTPS, processed in memory, and immediately discarded. No data is stored on any server.

No Data Retention

We do not retain, store, or log any of your data. This includes:

• Spreadsheet contents and time recordings
• Case details and party information
• Fee earner names and rates
• Generated PDF documents

Once your request is processed and the response is sent, all data is permanently deleted from memory.

No Tracking or Analytics

This tool does not use cookies, analytics, or any form of user tracking. We do not collect IP addresses or any identifying information.

GDPR Compliance

As no personal data is stored or retained, GDPR data subject rights regarding access, rectification, and erasure are satisfied by design. The lawful basis for processing is contract performance (providing the service you requested). Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a data processor and maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Security Measures

• All data transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption
• Processing occurs in isolated V8 runtime environments
• No persistent storage (databases, file systems, or caches)
• No server-side logging of request bodies
